Mission
Pathways to leadership provides people with a
disability and their families with opportunities to:
- enhance their leadership skills
- facilitate skill enhancement and leadership
- develop personal support networks
- build partnerships with professionals and other
allies
- build the capacity of communities to support
people with a disability to be included within, and contribute to, their
community
- inform professionals and policy and decision
makers about the life experiences of people with a disability and their families
