Mission
Pathways to leadership provides people with a disability and their families with opportunities to:

enhance their leadership skills

facilitate skill enhancement and leadership

develop personal support networks

build partnerships with professionals and other
allies

build the capacity of communities to support
people with a disability to be included within, and contribute to, their
community

inform professionals and policy and decision
makers about the life experiences of people with a disability and their families
