We understand that it may be difficult to talk to us directly so you can contact National Council on Intellectual Disability (NCID)
For a Confidential complaint, please contact NCID, the National peak body for people with intellectual disability and their families. NCID's executive director, Mark Pattison, will listen to your complaint and with you, he will discuss how your complaint will be resolved. NCID and Mark will not speak to Parent to Parent or any other person or take any action unless you have agreed to it first.
