As we understand that it may be difficult to talk to us directly, it is possible to contact Mark Pattison, the Executive Director of the National Council on Intellectual Disability (NCID).
Mark will listen to your complaint, and discuss with you what action can be taken. Mark will not speak to Parent to Parent or any other person or take any action unless you have agreed to it first.
