Parent to Parent is a not for profit organisation funded by Disability Services.
Parent to Parent originated from a small group of parents who have a family member with a disability. These families came together in 1998 and established Parent to Parent with funding from Disability Services. These parents have a passion to help others learn exciting and innovative ways to improve the life of their loved one with a disability.
Parent to Parent have an information pack explaining the services we have available to assist families with planning.

Transitional Guide for Students with a Disability
This guide provides a stepping stone for a student's transition from school to community. It is not an easy path but it is one that can be travelled together and rewarded through the achievement of some of the student's dreams and goals.
The guide is available on CD and also as a printed booklet. To utilize the interactive guide you will need it on CD or as a PDF file. The CD contains links to web pages and information as well as containing a number of application forms and information guides in PDF format.
